As a participant in family Dog Training classes, I (we) agree to release Dog’s Best Friend Training LLC and any other involved from any and all liability of any nature, specifically, but not limited to injury or damage resulting from the action of any dog, including my own dog, and expressly assume the risk of damage or injury while on the class grounds. I also assume full responsibility for my dog’s behavior and actions and understand that my dog must be under control at all times.  Every dog reacts differently and animals, by nature, are unpredictable and, therefore, present a certain level of risk. I acknowledge and understand that there are certain risks involved in participating in training, and being in the presence of dogs, including but not limited to injuries to people, property and animals resulting from dog fights, dog bites to humans or other dogs and the transmission of disease.
